Makes very fine, clean cuts quickly and wastes little
Works fabulously with very clean, fine slices and very little waste. I make sauerkraut and find this to be better than my food processor. The blades are very sharp, but eventually they will dull and I only wish they were detachable for sharpening. However it is affordable enough that it might make more sense to just buy a new one as needed anyway

good product
These all worked great, nicely spaced and firm construction. I liked that most of them had a flat back where I could rely on a smooth, level surface to melt the other side of my pieces. I don't always have perfectly flat tables around.
