My favorite root lifter

4 of 4 found this helpful When you order those shoe inserts, you have to keep in mind that they are not for comfort, they are actually pretty uncomfortable at first and it 5akes time to get used to them. But my plantar fasciitis symptoms are much improved after wearing those for only two weeks so if you have this problem, I highly recommend trying it. I hear it doesn't work for everybody but it seems pretty good for me so far.
