No part availible for this pen at all !
The phone number listed in the instruction is the Taylor Co. they have no part at all and none will be available. You can not even buy the spring or the cartridge holder, or even the pocket clip. And they don't care. she said if you have a problem you need to contact e. bay. So they can replace you pen.

Problem getting parts
The phone number listed in the instructions is for Taylor Brands LLC. The only part available for this pen is the pocket clip. (They also have refills but I don't consider this a part, you can get refills them else ware) If you lose the spring witch is longer then most pen springs it will be to bad for you. she said they have no other parts. She said I should contact the person that sold me the person that sold it to you
