Fantastic product

This product was so easy to use with my shower. It took maybe 10 minutes to do. It dramatically changed the way my hair looks and feels.

Not a new product— was used before

I bought this product thinking it was new and it clearly was not. About 1/5 of the bottle was missing, the nozzle was jammed, and the tube was full of toner. I’m very upset that I received a used product.
