Waste of money
Plastic much too hard and brittle. Broke first time I used it. Might be able to use the telescopic handle for something!!

Great unit. Should have bought a long time ago.
Really easy to set up. Unpack, put a sim in and switch on, locate on your device(s) enter the password (found on back of router) and you are connected in seconds. Now have a download speed of 52Mb/s from local EE mast instead of 1.5Mb/s from my copper land line. Can get sim only deals now from £10 for 30Gb data download.(Plusnet which use EE mast) More than enough for me.

Insufficient capacity of battery to use without power lead
2 of 3 found this helpful Had problems from the start in that the battery would not hold a charge.
Despite my best intentions it would only work for five minutes before it switched off.
Suppliers state that on average it should last for 20-25 minutes.(that makes for a long journey!!)
They then state the obvious that if I wish to use the power lead it will continue working.
I bought a unit with a rechargable battery to not need trailing wires all over my dash.
Lesson learnt to buy another Tom Tom
