Poor printing probably won't affect end results
This Dimensions Deep Sea Dolphins cross stitch kit has turned out to be a great learning experience at a reasonable price. The printed background is beautiful. I'm half done with the dolphin in the front and I'm sure it will turn out very nice.
I gave it only 4 stars because the printing wasn't square on the Aida cloth. It's printed at an angle. Luckily there are no straight lines in this design so the poor printing shouldn't affect the end result. When I frame it, I'll follow the printing and not the straight lines in the Aida. I would hope this misprinting is an anomaly and not present in other similar kits.
This was my first experience with a Dimensions kit that has a pre-printed background with only portions of the picture to be stitched. Rather than charting out the areas to be stitched, the Aida is printed like you'd expect on needlepoint canvas, where you decide just exactly what color to stitch where. With the bad printing issue, this worked out. Personally, I prefer a grid pattern like you find in most cross stitch kits.
The end result will be very nice and I'm glad I purchased it. I'll just stick with the traditional style of cross stitch in the future.

Comes highly recommended ...
This storage solution has often been mentioned in YouTube videos covering the craft of diamond painting. Diamond painters rave about this product and highly recommend it as their favorite or "go to" storage device for WIPs (work in progress), or storage for remaining drills after a project is finished. It's cited for it's easy and secure portability with all of it's latching closures, as well as it's adaptability in configuration.
Of course, it serves the same purpose for bead storage as well as for diamond painting drills. I have never read one negative review or observed one negative comment during a diamond painting video.
There are plenty of other storage options out there, but none that has received the same level of recommendations as this solution.
