Nesco 18 qt Roaster
This roaster really does the job. I needed one for the thanksgiving turkey, because with the extra company at the house we were needing more oven space. I brined the bird like normal, set the roaster at 325. Very moist and great tasting thanksgiving turkey. If you are needing extra oven space this is the roaster that you need. Make sure to follow the manufacturers directions before you use it for the first time you will need to set the roaster at 400 for at least hour in a ventilated area to burn off the newness of the roaster it will smoke for a while but it will go away. Great product.
