Great for jerky!
I use this to make jerky with. I’ve tried to make jerky without it but it’s not the same. Gives that extra flavor that store bought jerky Doesn’t have. Would buy again.

No instructions included.
Product was as advertised. But it came without instructions on how to install the new “ reed valve”. Not like OEM reed valve , so I guessed how to install it, hope I got it right. If it came with instructions I would have given it 5 stars.

Ok but difficult to find everything
The pictures help but you have to hunt thru the whole book to find small things that the instructions don’t have.
