As for his assertion item "not new", I opened the box to take pictures. It had never been out of the box. I suspect it was operator error that made him think it was defective. I have proof of all written here. I refunded out of courtesy--not because he had a legitimate claim. Been with eBay for over 20 years. Going to find another platform. I'm not a store--just a senior trying to make ends meet.

Great Value
Have looked at this on other sites. This one was the most reasonably priced! I keep it right next to me as it's a handy tool for many things. Highly recommended for those people who knit!

Much loved Christmas gift
My husband is very particular so this had a 50-50 chance of being returned. When he opened his gift I was thrilled because HE was so thrilled! For a man who is truly impossible to buy for this was a home run! He uses it non-stop and tells me that it is perfect! Lightweight, easy to open and close and very portable.
