Almost an exact replacement
Quality material looks really good, and the black doesn't fade. I had a this seat cover for a year before I crashed my bike and tore the seat. It was out in the sun often, and the material didn't fade or harden.

Fit perfectly
No noticable improvement in power or fuel economy. Works great so I don't have to buy new filters again. Just wash and reuse.

For $60, this worked like a DREAM!
