Too Bad it's Out of Production
Apparently the manufacturer has replaced this unit with a different model. I'd rate this model as "Excelllent" if it were still widely available, but replacement parts (charger, etc.) could be a problem. It meets all the requirements for use by hearing impaired persons (I'm one) and also has a number keypad that can be read from 30' away! There is also a visual "ring" indicator that is hard too miss, in the event your hearing aids are on the nightstand, and you and the phone are in the family room.
The product is well thought out, easy to set up, and does everything it is advertised to be capable of doing. It must have been designed by one of "us," because not a single additional feature could be added.

A Seat of the Pants Summary
High quality materials, exact fit for the motorcycles it is designed to fit (there are different seats for different models). The seat is anatomically designed for comfort and correct ergonomics. The same seat comes without the conchos and studs, for those desiring a less "western" look. The use of non-leather fabric eliminates or slows the degradation inflicted by weather and exposure to the sun. I've had seats from the OEM to vendors such as Russell, Sargent, Pera, and Corbin, and I prefer Mustang for my Harley.

See the possibilities
Light weight, quality construction, aesthetically pleasing. This is NOT specified for the 257FZ top case rails which were required for my VFR800 (1998); however the recommended top case mounts were ugly. So, although the E251 isn't the recommended product, Using the included hardware and $11.00 worth of 1/8th aluminum, combined with an electric drill and some innovation, the product fits fine, is solid, and looks SO much better. It is also compatible with the GIVI Monokey system, same as the side cases shown.
