Ammonia chemical smell
Well the plastic wrap was air tight because when I opened it I got hit with a chemical blast that smelled like ammonia. I do not know what it was but my instinct tells me it is not healthy. I know these products must be made with some amount of things that are not that good for you such as formaldehyde and petroleum based processes HOWEVER this is the worst air that has ever come out of anything that I have ever opened according to my nose anyway.

I do not know what it was but my instinct tells me it is not healthy. I know these products must be made with some amount of things that are not that good for you such as formaldehyde and petroleum based processes HOWEVER this is the worst air that has ever come out of anything that I have ever opened. Just wanted to let you all know. Also I stepped on it and it is harder than another similar product that I saw at a national chain store. My cat does not seem to mind it and she uses it.
