Burris is a big let down

I’m very unhappy with Burris, this optic isn't functioning properly, draining the battery without being used in less than 2 weeks, and Burris is making me pay for shipping back to them and then making me wait 5-6 weeks for them to turn it around. Very sad, I thought Burris was a quality company, this is a brand-new optic just outside of the 30-day return window that hasn't even been zeroed in on the crossbow as of yet.
