German Concentration Camp detainees wore striped clothes that resembled pajamas.
2 of 2 found this helpful It's the perfect vehicle to teach kids about the Holocaust. Without creating a "spoiler," the outcome is incredibly sad, but the events leading up to it chronicle the developement of a friendship that would have been possible outside the concentration camp walls. The two boys have no idea of the political situation that is raging around them. the trust that they engender in each other is what leads to the unfortunate outcome. It is an incredibly touching story and an affecting cautionary tale for all future generations.

HELLO KITTY ON COMEDY STEROIDS
I LOVED this film, but I realize it will not be everybody's cup of tea. It helps if you are familiar with the comedy of Key and Peele--they are masters of parody.
Two hapless dupes, cousins who live in suburbia, are forced by circumstances to infiltrate the L.A. gangsta world. That they manage to live through the charade is nothing short of a miracle. Some people will blanch at the bad language but its difficult to place a film in this milieu without it. Everyone in Keanu has their comeuppance at the end, but in between there is a tsunami mistaken identities, phenomenal sight gags and the duo's signature 'brilliant' humor.

The Social Network--it's great!
It's an incredibly compelling film, written brilliantly by Aaron Sorkin. It is not necessarily the whole truth about Marc Zuckerberg but it is very close. The acting is truly superb.
