Problems Charging

I bought this before moving to Australia and within a day or two I’ve had real problems charging it. It comes with a charger I can only assume is Apple, but following that it won’t recognise ANY form of charger including Apple ones and the one it came with only charges it on occasion. There’s not a lot I can do now having moved away. Good value for money in ways but a tad in disappointed.
