  Not the sellers problem but if it advertised at 48 hour delivery and and dose not do that then no point advertising 48 delivery service

  Most ebay sellers like myself are obliged to despatch goods within 48 hours of payment, that I did. Royal Mail 48 tracked service deliver within 48 hours, which they did....from payment to your door 89 hours (tracking verified). So all within the 96 hours allowed, any delay over 96 hours and your feedback comment would be justified.
