Easy to install.

Buy OEM German replacements.

If the retainer slot for the lights matched up with the original equipment light bulb holders they would be OK. Also, they do not fit flush with the deck lid on all corners of the light. One of the light retainers was missing, so I had to use one of the original ones - and that is not a perfect fit. If I had to do it over, I would only buy Original Equipment BMW replacements. Taiwan copies are just not the same as OE. The lens clarity is good although.
