Good for different applications - PLEASE LOOK -
There isn't much to say about this item.
It will work with these applications:
~ Gopro 2, 3, 3+, 4 with standard case on the left side and Diving/waterproof light on the right side. Facing either direction.
~ Gopro 2, 3, 3+, 4 with standard case on the left side and Hero 4 session on the right. Facing either direction.
~ Gopro 2, 3, 3+, 4 with standard case on the left side and Gopro 2, 3, 3+, 4 with SKELETON case on the right side. Facing either direction
~ Gopro 2, 3, 3+, 4 with standard case on the left side and Gopro 4 with standard case on the right side. Facing either direction
~ Gopro 2, 3, 3+, 4 with SKELETON case on the left side and Gopro 2, 3, 3+, 4 with SKELETON case on the right side. Facing either direction
NOTE: IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO USE THIS HOLDER AND UTILIZE THE REGULAR/CLEAR STOCK CASE THAT COMES WITH THE GOPRO 2, 3, 3+, THEN YOU CAN HAVE ONE CAMERA FACING FORWARD (left) AND ANOTHER ONE FACING BACKWARDS (right)
NOTE #2 the reason why the bigger camera stays on the left side is because the wi-fi/settings bottom is on the left side of the camera if it's facing you (right side facing AWAY from you)

Installed 2 of these and definitely are worth it!
The knob is great when you want to adjust the bass from different songs, genre.
Keep in mind you'll need wires to go to the battery (not included)

Ok for the price, good for hitch guidance.
5 of 5 found this helpful My background is working on auto accessories with more than 33 years of being on the field.
With that said, it's "easy" to install because the RCA/VIDEO wire incorporates the trigger wire (to turn on the monitor) and also because the diameter on the wire is smaller than a regular RCA wire, which in turn, makes it easy to run along tight places.
The wire length is not TOO long (sorry, didn't measure it) but it barely had enough to run it on a small, 4 door, sedan.
Having a 480 * 272 resolution = poor resolution compared to what we normally see, but for the price range, you can't really complain.
It claims to have a 170° angle of view BUT it has a 90° at best... It's great if you want to use this camera for your trailer hitch, but not so much when you want to see both ends, or most of, your rear bumper.
The color quality is not the best either but, for the price, you can't complain...
Would I recommend this piece?
SURE! to people with hitches that need an extra pair of eyes when hooking up your hitch (no more asking unreliable persons to guide you)
Also to people in a budget, but remember: it only shows you DIRECTLY behind you and NOT on the sides.
