Typical short-run kit
This kit has as all the typical issues of short run kits. Some of the details are outstanding, such as the wing riveting. Unfortunately, most of the kit is pretty terrible. Many of the smaller parts have almost no detail to them (and look nothing like the illustrations in the instructions). Parts are covered in flash and the sprue tabs on many parts are in the worst possible locations.
The instructions book is very nice, gloss paper and full color. That being said, the illustrations are vague as to how the parts actually fit together and often have no resemblance to the kit parts.
Unfortunately, this is the only 1/32 Hurricane on the market, so it is what it is...

Complete Junk! Spend a little more for a quality wavemaker.
The mounting system using a magnet is great, and the unit is quiet.
The controller, on the hand is junk. Less than two weeks in use and the controller is now stuck in a normal mode and cannot be switched to feeding or night modes.
