Fast shipping, and item as described with one exception: width was stated to be 36 inches and item arrived at 36 1/16 inches wide. I was using this sheet of stainless steel to fill gap between countertop backsplash and new wall tile backsplash over our range, and it worked perfectly once I chiseled out 1/16" space for it to sit. Looks great! (Pipe in wall photos is for new pot filler faucet)

Tried to contact the seller, but for some reason ebay has the send button disabled. I ordered 3/8 " safety hooks, and they sent me 1/4" non safety hooks. Wanted to try and work with seller, but can't communicate with them. So please think twice before doing any business with them. They not only sent me the wrong hooks, they screwed me out of my money also,by sending me the small less expensive ones.

I find it very sad that such a comment is made about my store. Customers should actually be able to manage their orders. You ordered Slip Hooks with Latch and Grab Hooks. I sent both together.
I do not know why the sending of messages did not work. What is certain is that I only became aware of this through this negative review. That makes me sad.
