A great resource of nutritional knowledge.
What a resource of knowledge! This book has taught me so much; is has more information than I expected. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know more about how the human body works, with regard toward foods, vitamins, and nutrients.

Good value and works great for a quick and easy carpet cleaning.
Very easy to use. It picks up most small items on the carpet, sometimes you have to go over things a couple of passes. But it works fast and is light weight. Does a great job when you want a quick general cleaning of the carpet, but don't have time to bring out the real vacuum cleaner.
