3 of 3 found this helpful Sure, there are a few things I'd design differently, but I looked long and hard for a good digital small enough to take on vacation (it's NOT a shirt pocket camera, but small pouch), hi res and a viewfinder. Plus all the manual functions when full-auto isn't my choice. And a BIG screen. Great battery life, especially if you use the viewfinder and not the screen for framing, tho the 80% coverage (not 100%) is a disappointment - this from an optical company! But it will impress or amaze you at nearly every turn. A 238 page manual will give you an idea of its power - not for the faint of heart. I've shot film for 50 years - this is my 2nd serious digital and I'm well pleased.
