Good quality at a great price.
I found many examples of similar sensors on eBay ranging from £15 - £150+ some familiar names, and others I've never heard before. Though it's not the original brand used in my car, I figured I would be OK with something from Bosch.
The sensor came with a protective plastic cover over the more delicate sensor end. The cabling is good quality, with protective webbing and sound connections at both ends. The electrical connector is identical to the original, so there was no problem with fit. I got the sensor installed within 15 minutes and all is working fine.

Easy to setup and use, but sound qulaity not suitable for music
The device was easy to set up using the basic instructions provided, I had no problems pairing it with my phone, and getting it tuned in to the car stereo. However, while the sound quality may be suitable for making and receiving phone calls, it is not recommended for listening to music. With the volume on the device turned up to max, I still had to turn the car stereo volume way up beyond normal listening levels. The the sound lacked lacked any depth with a similar quality to that of a radio alarm clock or cheap portable radio.
I tried fiddling with EQ settings and changing FM frequencies but nothing could be done to improve the sound.
I have to say, I haven't tried using an SD card with MP3 files, but would expect the same results.
