In spite of serious drawback I still love this product for its comfort & sound quality
I really love the fit, the sound and the battery capacity.
I was disappointed to discover that this product is really lacking the minimal amount of indications that are common in much cheaper products. I have to open my mobile phone to check charge levels. I can't tell if I've maxed on the volume level. No audio feedback and no LED indicators.
I've been using it for a week and three times I've had connectivity problems.
1. only one ear was working and it took me a few minutes of disconnecting and taking it in and out of the case until it was sorted out.
2. The earphones didn't power up (no power button) and it took several attempts to take it in and out and close the lid on the case until it was sorted out.
3. shortly after I started my run I realized that the controls don't work. No volume change and no Play/pause button.

Good value for money but...
Build quality and materials are not very impressive and voice recorder is an insult.
It's not very hard for a pet to figure out how to pop open the cap (though mine didn't seem to show interest in doing so) and there are food crumbs falling through the crack of the dish rail. So a dedicated place-mate is required if you'd like to keep the area clean.
Nevertheless it performs the main functions very well, has nice capacity and gets the job done for a reasonable price.
