Good purchase, but may need to research web for fixes
2 of 2 found this helpful I have only used it once and am very pleased with it so far. I write this review only as a word of caution to other purchasers - when you first plug the machine into your tv set, make sure (1) the device is plug in and both machines are off; and (2) that you have a high speed HDMI cable (yes, those things exist). When I first plugged in the machine to the tv, both were on, and the tv would not pick up the blu-ray player (and the remote wouldn't work, either). I researched on-line and found a website that said to turn them off when first plugging them in. I did that and the machine and the remote now work fine.
I am having problems connecting the machine to my home wi-fi, but since I already have a Roku stick, that's not that big a deal. I suspect I need to unplug the Roku stick first.
I am still giving it 5 stars because the overall quality is high. But if you purchase this, make sure you read the directions carefully, and if something is not working right, if you research on the internet you'll most likely find a solution to your problem

Great product
Still cannot believe Bath & Body Works discontinued this product. Best smell out there.
