Ummm. What now, control? Over!
4 of 4 found this helpful The sounds? There are over 100 quality sound effects on the CD ranging from pigs oinking to electric razors to Mozart. Very good sound. That's my compliment - and my ONLY compliment. The jacket boasts "This CD features the renowned retrieval system that allows you to instantly access each effect." Perhaps that works if you opt to actually use sound effects on your home stereo system. However, if you use sound effects in presentations - which is precisely the reason I have the CD - your computer and the CD players therein report 12 .CDA tracks and that's it.
The sounds are quite good, but for my purposes, the CD isn't going to be of any use. That's why I had to rate it average. It got a 1 out of 5 for usefulness and a 5 out of 5 for the quality of the sound.

What's the Story with Little Bob?
I found out about Little Bob Story when I was still buying vinyl by the crate-full. Didn't buy msny 45 RPM discs, buy it wasn't unusual for me to pick one up now and again. I saw their single 'All or Nothing' (which I just learned - almost 40 years later - was a remake of a Smiling Faces song).
They're a French band, which explains pretty well why we in the general US population didn't know about them. Same thing happened with the Australian band 'The Angels' (known in the US as Angel City). Across the big pond, so there's no sense paying any attention, right?
Well, it's that attitude that costs US music lover after US music lover the exposure to and enjoyment of stuff like Little Bob. It's rock and roll. It's good. It seems obvious to me that they know exactly what they're doing and they love it.
To have been around making music for 40 years (give or take) that should be obvious. Give 'em a listen!

Truly one of the best bands in the world.
The CD is fantastic. More-or-less a GH of sorts for one of the bands that SHOULD have made it gigantically big but did not..
You want to hear what they sound like, this is a good starting point, but it is - in general - ovefpriced. Check out "No Exit" or "Face To Face" for a less expensive indoctrination. You'll buy "Howling," anyway, but just check the others out as well.
This is truly one of the best bands in the world.
