Good value, good product But....
Keep in mind it says 100W PEAK but that's not anywhere near continuous. Run no more then 15W RF output if on for any length of time.

Kenwood TS-590S All Mode Transciever
2 of 3 found this helpful One of Kenwood's best. I'm not seeing any of the problems others claim to have with this radio. The TS-590S has superb sensitivity, excellent image rejection and the filters really work well to diminish if not eliminate QRM and QRN. Great for SSB and CW - Highly recommended.
