Glad I Switched
I switched to this machine from a rotary hook one and I like it so much better. Other reviews say the CB hook is noisier but I do not notice any difference. I do not miss the 9mm width at all and this machine does everything I need.

nice retro look
Harder to follow than the new pdf patterns but it made an adorable jumpsuit! I traced the sizes I needed without cutting the pattern so it can be used again for other sizes.

cannot live without
I LOVE these - I have 2 or 3 in use all the time - one where I take pins out at machine and one where I put them in on the work table and a spare. I keep dropping them or the cat knocks them off the table so I have to keep buying more but as long as I can still find them in lavender I am happy! Also the pins that come with it are the best - very sharp, good longer length and not ball point which is all can find in stores these days. Love the colored ends - easy to see on the fabric.
