The disk is fine but the case has multiple breaks and cracks inside and out. one corner is completely broken off.

I'd buy another one

I bought one with tiny wires running thru it because the advertisement said "you can't feel the wires, very comfortable." and it burned out on my side less than a year after purchase. I bought this one as a replacement, it is better quality and even though the wires are larger and MORE DURABLE than the last one I bought I still can't feel the wires when I'm lying in bed. Great product, thinking of buying another one for the guest room.
