Nice basic cushion
My Dad Stroke and lost his ability to ambulate, and take care of himself. He is now totally Bed bound and we use this cushion on his wheel chair and bought a thicker and higher priced version for his Lazy Boy Recliner. Between the 2 Cushions and an alternating air matress on his bed, he if free of decubiti. Roho products are built well, come with great instructions and allow my bed bound dat to get some sitting in and alllows him to watch TV
