Sticky and strong
This stuff is strong and durable. If Earth is ever invaded by an alien race of giant houseflies, this would make great flypaper. The bugs wouldn't stand a chance.

Does what it's supposed to
This is a perfectly good, ruggedly made holster at a good price. I got it for my 5-1/2" Manley Super Pliers, which are chunky in profile, and they fit well.

Good rags, though not exactly as described.
