Undervolts Well

I opted to reuse the old Wraith cooler that came with my 3700x. Initially when running Cinebench R23 I ran into the thermal limit and was throttled to 4.2ghz. After reading PrimeO7's PBO2 Tuner guide on Github I was able to undervolt my X3D by 30mv which reduced temps by 20c, lowered power draw by 20w and allowed for max boost.
