Initially, I received the keyboard and was extremely happy with everything but then I realized I was missing a part of my item. I contacted the seller and told them what was wrong and they agreed to send out said missing item. That's when we ran into some communication issues. In the end I got everything I paid for and I am happy with the item and it's quality but there were some kinks we had to work through
