Good product, but personally unable to use
The knob was for a rent house, nice & Shiney- obviously new! However, although it looks exactly as the old knob, the marking in the inside of the knob prevented usage. It was opposite of what I needed: off was on, high was low, etc. I'm unable to use it because renters may be confused, thus a fire hazard.
