Worse product software I have ever seen before.
0 of 1 found this helpful Before I write this review, not gone the line, this product hardware is pretty good, but google is a software company, still don't know why pixel buds 2 software is sooooooo bad, that can't even let you use this product when I got the one side earbud no audio issue, then I try to everything that I can fix, still don't work, try to search for help from the google play pixel buds app, also try to contact the google support, it's just useless, no wonder why everyone just complains about the issue on the Reddit and Google Play app reviews, I still can't use this buds for over one and a half months, if you want to buy this kind of products, don't buy this product, because this is just a useless stone right now, just like the design, if you still want to buy one, maybe try the newly pixel buds A, maybe it will be better.
