However, our listing clearly indicated that the price was for one jar and the customer had the option to choose between Gentle or Regular pads. The pictures were a visual to show the options provided. We are transparent in our descriptions and provide accurate information.   I was at fault. I did not read through the whole description of the item. I just thought at the price that was showing, it was for two. The buyer was good enough to send me another set of detox pads. I should have asked since I was not sure. I am changing my feedback to Positive. The seller resolved the problem quickly.
