Google Home Max Smart Assistant - Chalk

It's no Klipsch, Polk, or Bose for audiophiles, but it's certainly the most powerful Google Smart Speaker
I've owned and extensively used the Google Mini (their small puck speaker), Google Home (their standard speaker), and now the Google Max (currently Google's largest smart speaker). I'd say the Google Max is definitely the best of the bunch-- primarily because of volume and therefore usefulness in larger rooms. But there is still a distinct muddiness to the sound, and that's what keeps this speaker from being "excellent." Also, this speaker is relatively expensive for what it is, and what it does. I likely would not buy another, but would instead buy four Google Home speakers for the price.

Still The Best and Most Versatile Analog Distortion Pedal
I'm actually a big fan of the TECH 21 SansAmp TRI-A.C. and I think it's still the best programmable analog overdrive pedal or tube emulator. However, the TECH 21 SansAmp GT2 is the most versatile analog distortion pedal and amp simulator. The SansAmp GT2 can be a little over-the-top, but the extra gain is needed to get those hard rock and heavy metal tones that are just outside of the reach of the TRI-A.C. Get both!

Sure, the Beta is an ALPHA MIC!
Best dynamic mic for vocals, bar none. A close cousin to the SM58, the Beta has a bit more mid-high end to cut through the mix. It's also at better at avoiding feedback.
