  This seller is abusing carrier insurance by shipping out damaged items and asking the buyer to lie and file a shipping claim. The item received was damaged prior to shipping. The monitor was taken apart deliberately and the seller lied again and said he d purchased it open-box. However, the item has a Costco specific SKU; Costco does not sell open-box items. Avoid this seller, he s not disclosing honestly via description or messages and taking no accountability for damage.
