Ideal for collectors.
It performs the function of identifying colors of stamps and tagged stamps at a reasonable cost. Not high in quality but a collector is not utilizing it that much. Would not recommend for stamp dealers thaat would have it in constant use get a higher quality product that will hold up.
for collectors it is a bargain and functional for the purpose it was intended.
