    Item came damaged, open and missing pods. Contacted seller, he told me to contact usps but usps wanted original receipt which i did not have. I told seller but no response. Opened a dispute with paypal and am pursuing through them. Will not purchase from this seller again!

    I sent the product in the box that was in perfect condition. I DID NOT damage the product. the USPS did damage the box and product, not ME. Buyer should have filed a claim with the USPS but chose NOT to. instead she chose to leave a bad feedback for me. that is the TRUE story. PERIOD. I will in turn be leaving a BAD feedback to this buyer. PERIOD.
