Awesome plan. Highly recommend
1 of 1 found this helpful Personally I love it. I have been living the book for approx. 6 weeks. Since I already ate healthy, had tried exercise, counting calories, etc. and am not considered overweight I was a little skeptical that it would do anything for me. However, I had gained a few pounds that I couldn't seem to shake and I also suffered from headaches on a regular basis so I was willing to give it a try. So far so good. It really wasn't hard for me to do. I feel full and satisfied, lost approx. 15 pounds and for the most part my headaches have subsided. I'm enjoying it so much I have no plan on going back.

Nice little lights
1 of 1 found this helpful Purchased as a gift for my SIL and love the timer feature. It was a pack of 24 and she wanted them as little accents around her home. Between the timer feature and the amount that you receive for the price, she will have lots of little lights for a long time. As is, they are cute but really nice in a little votive. The flicker is realistic and they provide a nice ambiance.

Great all around family movie
This is a classic movie that I've enjoyed since I was a child. I actually purchased the DVD to set aside my 13 yr. olds, irrational fear of the "Ugly, Scary Alien" she'd never actually seen. Although we enjoyed it on our family movie night and she is no longer afraid of ET, my husband and I definitely enjoyed it much more than the 13 and 16 year olds. It wasn't realistic enough for them. However, that being said it is still an excellent heartwarming movie that I think most will really enjoy. On a side note, just a caution for the younger viewing audiences, there is more swearing than I remembered from originally viewing it. As a young teen, I didn't pay attention or care about things like that, but as a parent, it is always a concern.
