Good value.
Works well. The field of view is a bit wide as I don't want to show too much background on zoom calls. I had another one first that was way too wide. Make sure you have good lighting and the picture is very good..

Good but not perfect.
This is a replacement for another Plantronics headset where the battery died and is not replaceable. This one so far seems to have good sound quality. The only thing I don't like so far is that the ear loop is much flimsier than before so it sometimes takes a extra few seconds to get it in place. But once there it stays. It's very light and the charging base is smaller.
