Replaced swollen battery in Harmony One remote
Found a video online to remove the swollen battery that originally came with my Harmony One remote. Seems to be a common issue. So swollen I had to disassemble the remote because it was stuck. Luckily, the disassembly wasn’t as difficult as I anticipated. This new battery slid into place and connected easily. Happy to say my remote is in perfect working order.

Does exactly what it is designed for, although I experienced one installation design flaw
1 of 1 found this helpful Effortlessly remove and place items easily and quickly. Got this for my parents to organize a small hallway closet. Currently holding two sweepers, a small vacuum cleaner and a mop, as well as hanging various brushes and other small items on the hooks. This was installed on the interior of a small 18” wide door, so anything with a wider base (such as the small upright vacuum) needed to be hung more towards the center. The only issue I had was that the plastic is thin at the installation holes and I ruined a couple of them, so needed to use a longer screw with a larger head to secure it at the front. Ridiculously, I started to install upside down, so I did need to reinstall, so that may be why the plastic became weakened. Curious if others have experienced this as well.
