The reason I wanted this shower head was so that I could remover it easely it just unclips very quickly then I can drain it out after use, the water in my area is very hard and if you leave it in the shower pipe and head after use it furs up very quickly. This solves that problem for me!.

Silicon lubricant spray
I have used other makes in the past that have been much more expensive and this is just as good.
