Nice company with excellent product return policy.
Although I could not get the product to work with my Lenovo T410 running Windows 10 the company did provide a full no questions asked refund without the need to return the product. So long as this is their policy, there nothing to lose. Should anyone figure out how to use the device with Windows 10, thanks for leaving a voice message at (256) 650-3116. So I'd give five stars for service. No so much for use with Lenovo T410 unless I find a driver that works.

Product was as expected
Product was as expected. My only concern is that bending at the terminals that go to the inverter may not hold up after a few years of twisting. So far the product seems to be all that was advertized.

It did what is was sold to do.
Product installed as promised. Seriously it's Window 10 pro. A good upgrade to Windows 10 is what you get.
