Horrible navigation
I've had several models of the Neato vacuums, and this one is by far the worst. It just roams around the house like its navigation system doesn't know what to do. It will hit up against a wall, or table, over and over again, until it stops and tells me to clear the path. Previous models would just turn around and go the other direction. It will also just stop in the middle of the room and say to clear the path when there is nothing in front of it. It hasn't once been able to find the base when trying to return after cleaning, or going back to recharge. I've had to pick it up and return it to the base every time. Glad I only paid $94.00 for a refurbished model. I'll probably just stick it in a closet and quit messing with it. Lesson learned, I guess.
