Solid weight lifting book
One of my go to bodybuilding reference books has always been Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. Now, Beyond Brawn is that book. It is written in a easy to read and digest format with itemized chapters for quick reference. This book works well for the non-competitive weight lifters and helps one see the many aspects of starting with a good foundation while not having to waste years on trial and error. Stuart McRobert did a great and thorough job.

Worth the purchase
This is a good detailed video on the use of the wooden dummy.

Heaven and Earth - Excellent
This is a very intense well shot movie. Olive Stone delivers with exceptional directing and probably one of the best I have seen Tommy Lee Jones in.
