Best sleep aid I've ever used to date

Schiff has really done a fantastic job of combining all of the body's naturally producing amino acids and melatonin in the right dose's to augment the bodies algorithms in entering and staying in deep sleep and REM sleep. The addition of the 2 herbs of Chamomile and Valerian extracts naturally support mild sleepiness. The research I did before purchasing the Schiff Melatonin Plus, bore out in the ingredients of this product. All the ingredients are those that are normally produced by the body, but as we age, less and less amounts. So Schiff, has obviously researched thoroughly the amounts and the types of ingredients that work the best. Lastly, and most importantly for me, is that Schiff's Melatonin Plus's ingredients and amounts are listed on the bottle. How wonderful that was to see. So much of what is made, is considered, " proprietary dosages of ingredients " that allows most makers to refrain from disclosing what and how much in in their product. I have had to take a loading dose of 2 tablets per night for two nights, thereafter 1 tablet every other night or 4 nights a week. I've noticed feeling restful in the morning ( no hangover side effects). Peaceful during the day, and normally, " now", sleeping toward night. Schiff, is not a miracle drug, but one thoroughly researched and produced to mimick the body's naturally made amino' coupled with Melatonin, and healthy herbs to create a natural remedy to those who have age related sleep restlessness. Fat delivery. great EBAYer A+++ transaction

The proposal is one of my wife's and I favorite films. Ryan is sooo funny with his facial expressions and voice changes. Sandra Bullock is outstanding as usual. She never seems to age. And she is very versatile. Overall a great film.

Excellent product

Our 12 year old chocolate lab has been on it for two years. We ran out a couple of days ago, and only provided 1/2 dose. We noticed she had trouble getting around more. Tended to stay in 1 position throughout the day except for mealtime. We got her back on 1 1/2 tabs in the am, and she is back to her old self. I would highly recommend this product.
