Fire Escape Egress

I am mounting it as a "fire escape" for a room that doesn't have any large windows. I haven't mounted it yet but it is very well made. Large enough to the the job for a person under 200 lbs. It will be close to the floor to avoid smoke in the corner of the room with direct access to the backyard. Perfect.

crickets

I get crickets this time of year. They come in through the vents because it's cold outside. These seems to discourage them.
