You get what you pay for ...
Made in China , cheap metal pins that bend at slightest resistance . Spend the extra 10$ and get better quality .

Easier to install than I thought .
The TV I used it on wasn't' very big ( 32") so it was relatively easy to do it all myself .. It only took about a 1/2 hr to install.
